direct access efficient service palm garden
the hotel had direct beach access and many nearby cafes and restaurants. the pool area offered many sunbeds. poolside bar service was efficient. i liked the palm garden.
the palm trees around the gardens blocked a lot of sun.

the hotel offers multiple pools, with one large enough for swimming. there are palm gardens and access to the beach. i noticed a mix of age groups including three-generation families.

The room i had was a double room balcony. it was spacious! but there were a couple of steps to negotiate when leaving the room to use the bathroom. The bathroom had a glass wall. there were also several german tv channels.

the hotel is very close to the beach and promenade. several restaurants and bars are accessible to the rear of the hotel. the beach is huge and kept immaculately. access is private operated by your room key.

Really good Stay at a Wonderful Hotel
friendly personnel great food beautiful gardens
I appreciate the friendly cleaning staff and waiters. Their service was always delivered with a smile. The food was of great quality. I found plenty of room around the pools and beautiful gardens with palm trees.
I noticed the car park is somewhat small for the number of guests.

friendly staff beautiful grounds
The hotel location has good access to the beach. the staff were friendly particularly in the piano bar. the hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. the swimming pools are pleasant places to spend time. Plentiful sun loungers are available. (waiter service is also provided)
the in-room safe had an extra cost per day, which i find ridiculous. i accepted this and paid as needed.

the staff was always happy to assist with anything. i found the food quality to be consistently high, especially at dinner. the room was spacious and cleaned daily. it offered a good space for relaxation after exploring the area. the hotel has a private access to the beach, a very short walk.
the elevator system sometimes felt a bit slow during peak hours.

there are three swimming pools available. one of the pools is heated during cooler months, which allows year-round swimming. the gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for a total body workout.
